The Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing in the Adella G. Urban Conference Room, 323 Route 87, Columbia, CT on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. for the following purpose:
To receive public comment on proposed revisions to the following sections of Chapter 190 of the Code of Town Ordinances – Lake and Beach Use - Article II Vessels on Columbia Lake, Article III Safety Regulations on Columbia Lake, and Article IV Conduct At Town Beach.
Complete text of the proposed revised ordinances are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 323 Route 87, Columbia, CT., and on the Town of Columbia’s website at www.columbiact.org.
