U.S Passports
The Town of Columbia is a Passport Acceptance Facility, accepting applications for new passports and passports that have been expired for 5 or more years. The Passport Acceptance Agents for Columbia are located in the Office of Building and Land Use (downstairs). The times that passports are accepted for processing are generally Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, by appointment only. Furthermore, customers should arrive with necessary documentation and with an application that has been completed as much as possible in black ink (do not sign or attach the photo). Visit the Department of State's website at https://travel.state.gov to find answers to frequently asked questions and to download necessary forms or complete the form online.
